There are many such phenomenons. According to company' s decisions, led by the executive department, the company organized 4 special "general manager meeting" during 15 days. At the meeting, president, vice president, administrative managers communicate with staffs face to face. Participants speak of their minds. The staffs frankly and sincerely speak of the questions. The company actively listens to the views of staffs and has come up with specific solutions for the constructive questions and comments raised by the staffs. Here the company specifically addressed the following seven questions:

Summer Passion, Joy Drifting
In order to enrich the employees' leisure time, stimulate employees' enthusiasm, mobilize employees' enthusiasm, ease employees' stresses, make them fully enjoy the pleasant scenery of nature in the spare time, give all employees a chance to relax completely, the company specially organized a " one day drifting tour in Qingyuan Gulong Gorge" campaign on July 3.
At early Morning, we got together at the door of company on time. Everyone was passionate and equipped completely, with the desire to compete with summer. Happy tour bus set off accompanied by tour conductor' s cordial greetings. We happily talked and shared food with each other. Lead by the tour conductor, every one has approached a song in front others. There are happy laughers and cheerful voices all the way.
The first stop is the adventure tour to "lofty career falls." On the road, Fang and Wu Xia see the water bridge is very innovative. They can not wait to rush ahead and slavishly follow the visitors. They clenched the rope by hands and took every step carefully. Visitors desperately shake the bridge and some girls scared out of their wits. They gave up going by bridge. After leaving the bridge, Fang tells us that she is still trembling under her feet and become soft in her legs. During Adventure, we climb wire, take the cable. We encourage and support with each other with joys. In the end, we see the "lofty career waterfall", feeling the air is crisp.
The second stop was Cologne Gorge rafting. We queue up for life jackets, helmets. After fully equipments, we began a drifting journey with 6066 meters. In the first slope, we have been wet and screamed loudly. In a gentle place, we took a small bailer and desperately throw the water to our colleagues who took endless laughter.
Happy time always goes fast and we end this rafting trip. On the way home, we share the results of splashing water, beaming with happy smile on faces.
Workshop administrators training course was successfully held
From April 13, 2011 to April 21, according to the current production tasks, quality work, practical and administrative management situations, the company took 7 evenings to open training courses for the workshop administrators. Its purpose and significance is:
To make the production line management staffs strengthen their executive power;
Familiar with the basic flow of the production process;
Have the necessary production technology;
Scientifically arrange production in practical work;
Safe and efficient organization of production;
Take a control of the workshop' s site management and "5S" management;
Production schedule and product quality will be combined to achieve efficient production and high product quality;
Hold a good "morning meeting" in the workshop and make good ideological mobilization and personnel management;
Will develop and organize meaningful "small activities, small competitions, small innovations."
The event, from "mobilization", "focus on teaching", "group discussion, experience exchange” to the "rectification and improvement, summary commenting" and other programs, is really a successful and formal organization. Office staff training course succeed again
Following the successful workshop management course, according to company's annual training plan and the current administrators' and staffs' status of various departments, the company in May 12, 2011 to May 23, 2011, took 9 nights to open a training course for them with the purpose of give them a change to learn together, exchange experience together, receive rectification and improvement together.
The training courses' guidelines are:
Firstly, it is the need of regular and orderly operation, steady and healthy development; Secondly, it is the need of effective communication, collaboration, cooperation and aims to teach the staffs how to correctly handle the relationships during all the office functional department , and actively promote the office's daily processing capacity needs;
Thirdly, it aims to make the staffs change their working styles, working attitudes, strengthen their abilities, and improve efficiency.
Summary
The training courses, from pre-warm-up, scrutiny planning to specific programs, is relatively well prepared. It is a formal organization with flexible methods, various forms, and obvious effect. It ultimately makes the staffs learn what they can use in the practical work through lively activities. It truly make them learn in the "play" and play in the "learn." All staffs have noticed their disadvantages and really overcome wrong idea of " conventionality, no difference, formalism " .They are all actively engaged in training activities and earnestly changed from "make me to learn "becomes" I want to learn. "
The special training is held in the form of " inside and outside lectures, expert lectures listening, typical case analysis, complex questions answering, simulation, team building games, group competition, discussion, training results sharing".
